Ada N. (Elam) Williams

Ada N. Williams, 86, of Norris City, Illinois, passed away at her home on Saturday, September 10, 2022. She was born on July 11, 1936 in Blanchard, the daughter of the late Donald and Helen (Eades) Elam. Ada married James G. Williams on the 17th of January, 1953. Along with her husband she is survived by six children, James and Rita Williams of Carpenter, Wyoming, Sue Renshaw of Carmi, Judy and Pat O’Neill of Leavenworth, Indiana, Donnie and Laura Williams of San Diego, California, Vicky and John McNear of Moweaqua, Janet and Keith Lamb of Omaha; fourteen grandchildren; twenty-five great grandchildren; and nine great great grandchildren. Visitation for Ada will be held on Wednesday, September 14th from 10 a.m. until service time at 11 a.m. at the Vickery Funeral Chapel in Omaha. The Reverend Chris Marsh will be officiating the service. Burial will follow at the Palestine II Cemetery near Omaha.
