Barbara Jonell (Vincent) Howard

Barbara Jonell Howard, 77, of Aransas Pass, Texas formerly of Shawneetown, Illinois, passed away in Texas on Thursday, May 13, 2021.  She was born in Owensboro, Kentucky on June 6, 1943, the daughter of the late Homer and Margaret Thelma (Sapp) Vincent.  Barbara is survived by her daughter, Pamela Howard Rider and husband David of Aransas Pass, Texas; her son, Tim Howard and wife Tracy of Junction; three grandchildren, Justin Rider, Samuel and Sophie Howard.  She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Thelma Bristow and Diane Lowery.  There will be a private interment at Hogan Cemetery near Shawneetown.  Vickery Funeral Chapel in Shawneetown in charge of arrangements.
