Brenda Jean (Bass) Lynch

Brenda Jean Lynch, 65, of Ridgway, Illinois, passed away on Saturday, March 7, 2020 at Ferrell Hospital in Eldorado.  She was born on February 3, 1955 in Evansville, Indiana, the daughter of the late Charles and Anna Sue (Horn) Bass.  Brenda married Glen Dale Lynch on May 26, 1978.  Glen preceded Brenda in death on February 13, 2014.  She was a member of New Life Full Gospel Church in Harrisburg.  Brenda is survived by her loving family: three daughters, Melissa and Leslie “Les” Sutton of Dexter, Kentucky, Salina Debose and Andy Daniels of Ridgway, Bessie Pennington of Ridgway; one son, Brian Reynolds of New Haven; two sisters, Carol Wolf of Ridgway, Robin Bass and Daniel Overfield of Ridgway; one brother, Tilford Caswell of Owensboro, Kentucky; and Stephani Sanchez that was raised as a daughter; nine grandchildren, Kyle, Kalob, Brayden, Braxton, Gavyn, Lathyn, Ryan, Cole, and Breanna; and one great grandchild, Liam.  She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; one sister, Debra Watters; one daughter, Clarissa Tipton, and son in law, Richie Pennington.  There will be a graveside service for Brenda on Saturday, March 14th at 11 a.m. at Hogan Cemetery near Shawneetown. The Reverend Blake Clayton will officiate the service.   Those attending should go directly to the cemetery.  Vickery Funeral Chapel in Ridgway in charge of arrangements.
