Calvin and Elizabeth Dunn formerly lived at in McLeansboro, Du Quoin, Equality, and several other locations in Northern Illinois and Indiana.  They were faithful Christians and active members of First Baptist Church in DuQuoin and McLeansboro, regularly volunteered at Hamilton Memorial Nursing Center in McLeansboro, Marshall Browning Hospital in  DuQuoin and other community venues and were known and loved by many in both communities.  In 1996, they moved to Arlington, Washington where they lived with their daughter, Eunice Flick Pallagi and her family until their deaths.  Elizabeth went to be with the Lord on June 24, 2007.  Calvin went to his heavenly home on October 14, 2021.  The Dunns are survived by their daughter, Eunice Flick Pallagi and her husband Joe of  Arlington, Washington.  Also surviving are granddaughters Amanda Brooks and husband Derrick, Ginny White and husband Devan, and Ashlea Flick, all of Arlington, Washington, granddaughter Erica Wright and husband Dustin ofWesley Chapel, Florida as well as three great grandchildren-Bentley Whiteof Arlington, Washington and William and Kenzie Wright of Wesley Chapel, Florida.  All friends and family are cordially invited to a Celebration of Life for Calvin and Elizabeth  at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at Vickery Funeral Chapel in Equality, Illinois.  The service will be followed by interment in their final resting place with Calvin’s parents in Elmwood Cemetery outside Equality.
