Charlotte Ann (Milligan) Frohock

Charlotte Ann Frohock, 84, of Florissant, Missouri formerly of Equality, Illinois, passed away at a her home on Sunday February 2, 2020.  She was born on Equality on November 8, 1935 the daughter of the late Hayti Milligan and Wilma C. (Leavell) Allen.  Charlotte married Henry Eugene Frohock on August 2, 1953 and he preceded her death on March 15, 2017.  She is survived by her son, Jeffrey and Jeanne Frohock of Florissant, Missouri; two daughters, Beth Alfano, Lynda and Greg Wehmer all of O’Fallon, Missouri; three grandchildren, Vincent, Jacob, and Lucas.  Also she was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and her son, Steven Eugene Frohock.  Visitation for Charlotte will be held on Thursday, February 6th from 3 p.m. until service time at 7 p.m. at the Archway Memorial Chapel in Hazelwood, Missouri.  A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 7th at 1 p.m. at Elmwood Cemetery near Equality.  Rev. Marshall will officiate the graveside service.  Those attending should go directly to the cemetery.  Vickery Funeral Chapel in Equality in charge of local announcements and services.  Donations in Charlotte’s name may be made to the St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
