David Seth English

David Seth English, 73, of Carrier Mills, Ill., passed away at his home after an extended illness on Sunday, March 25, 2018.  He was born on September 16, 1944 in Joliet, Ill.  David was a retired civil rights investigator in Detroit, Mich.  He married Susan Slyder on November 6, 1982, who survives.  There will be a private family service.  Vickery Funeral Chapel in Equality in charge of arrangements.
