Debra Lynn (Milligan) Morris

Debra Lynn Morris, 65, of Shawneetown, Illinois, passed away at her home on Thursday, August 19, 2021.  She was born in Eldorado on December 28, 1955 to the late Vernal Esco and Lillie Pauline (Williams) Milligan.  She was married to James Wendell Morris who survives.  Debra was retired from Walmart in Morganfield, Kentucky.  Christian by faith she and Wendell attended the DeKoven Baptist Church near Sturgis, Kentucky.  Along with her husband Debra is survived by five children. Timothy Dean Ferguson, Connie Lynn Ferguson, Cassie Ferguson, Shauna Marie Ferguson, and Mark Joseph Ferguson and her sister, Marvetta Morris and several grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Vernal “Butch” Milligan.  There will a private family service at a later date.  Vickery Funeral Chapel in Shawneetown in charge of arrangements.
