Donald Wilson Berry

Donald Wilson Berry, 71, of Shawneetown, Illinois, passed away at his home on Wednesday, April 1, 2020.  He was born on August 3, 1948 in East Prairie, Missouri, the son of the late Wilson Lynn Edward and Helen Ruth (Hooper) Berry.  Don was in the transportation business for forty-six years and an Army Veteran.  He is survived by his brother, Roy Gene “R.G.” and Marilyn Berry of Equality along with several nieces and nephews.  Donald was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Tommie Harrelson Berry; five sisters, Peggy Sue Berry, Janet Sue Frailey, Sharon Keith, Linda Lou Daily, and Caroline Ruth Gentles; two brothers, Jimmie Lee and Lonnie Steven Berry.  There will be a memorial service at a later date.  Vickery Funeral Chapel in Shawneetown in charge of arrangements.
