Frances Mccabe

Frances McCabe. 84, of Shawneetown, passed away at her daughters home on Thursday, August 5, 2010 12:40 p.m. She was born on July 9, 1926 in Rock Creek Twp. in Hardin County, Illinois the daughter of Herman and Josephine (Cruse) Richeson. Frances married James Franklin McCabe on August 14, 1946 in Harrisburg. He preceded her in death on November 17, 1978. She was a member of the Emmanuel United Methodist Church in Shawneetown. Frances is survived by two daughters, Janice and Gary Hall of Ridgway, Lynn Baldwin of Indiana; four grandchildren and their children, Toni (Jeff) Drone and Andrew of Ridgway, Jim Hall and Dillon of Ridgway, Greg (Traci) Duvall and , Kassi, Trevor and Tate of Ridgway, Wesley Duvall and Jaelyn and Jase of Shawneetown; one sister, Vena Denton of Rosiclare. Visitation for Frances will be held on Saturday, August 7, 2010 from 11 a.m. until service time at 1 p.m. at the Emmanuel United Methodist Church in Shawneetown. Pastor Cherrie Wilkerson will be officiating and burial will be at the Westwood Cemetery near Shawneetown. Vickery Funeral Chapel in Shawneetown will be in charge of arrangements.
