James E. "Comanche" Certain of Equality passed away at his home on Wednesday, November 2, 2011, 4:00 p.m. He was born in Equality on February 7, 1945, the son of Richard Sr. and Helen Juanita (Parker) Certain. Jim was a retired truck driver form R.G. Berry Trucking. He is survived by one daughter, Julie Williams of Eldorado; two sons, Albert and Karen Certain of Equality, James N. Certain also of Equality; former wife, Delia Certain of Eldorado; three sisters, Jean Modglin of Equality, Myrna Sales of Murray, Ky., Cindy and Edward Reynolds of Equality; three brothers, Joe and Nita Certain of Georgia, Richard "Dickie: Certain of Equality, Samuel F. Certain also of Equality; eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Jim was preceded in death by his parents; two great grandchildren, Brieanna Essex and Bobby Snyder; special friend, Mary Hadfield; and his beloved cat "Killer". Visitation for Jim will be held on Friday, November 4, 2011 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Vickery Funeral Chapel in Equality. Funeral services will be on Saturday, November 5, 2011 at 11 a.m. with Rev.
