Jeff and his buddy and golfing partner, Eric Yager, enjoyed attending PGA events, where he was fortunately able to meet his favorite golfer Davis Love III. He later enjoyed the Friday scrambles at Hardin County Golf course, as well as cruising around with Vicki on his Harley-Davidson motorcycle in Southern Illinois and western Kentucky, attending the Blessing of the Bikes at Bald Knob Cross near Alto Pass, and putting around Ridgway in the golf cart with their 2 fur babies, Paisley and Lacey. He enjoyed watching and attending Nascar races, at one point had season tickets to Nashville Speedway, and in 2019 was fortunate enough to attend the big one, the Daytona 500 race at Daytona Beach, Florida. Jeff was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church of Quincy.  Jeff is survived by his wife of the home, 3 loving fur babies, Miss Sporty, Paisley and Lacey; 3 sons, Lucas Prange of Oregon, Mitchell (Chalee) Ballard of Quincy and Logan (Breezie Zessin) Ballard of Ballwin, Mo.; his father, Ralph Schmoll of Fowler (Margaret Woods) and mother Joyce (Allen) Dingerson of Shelbina, Mo; a sister, Jamie Suchy of Bolingbrook, and a brother R.
