Joe B. Dulaney

Joe B. Dulaney, 64, of 490 Mill St., New Haven; passed away on Saturday, December 12, 2009, 10:57 a.m. at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Ind. He was the owner and operator of Maxi-Flow Systems. Joe was born on February 9, 1945 in McLeansboro, Ill., to William "Cotton" and Maggie Ellen (Burke) Dulaney. He married Marcia Sowels on April 18, 1969. He was a member of Polk Masonic Lodge of McLeansboro and was a 32nd Degree Mason. Joe is survived by his wife, Marcia Dulaney of New Haven; one son, Sean Dulaney of New Haven; his sister, Anna Dulaney of McLeansboro and a brother, Bill Fullerton of Indianola, Iowa. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Mary Sue Crowley. Visitation for Joe will be held on Tuesday, December 15, 2009, from 5 to 8 p.m. with Masonic service at 7 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church in New Haven. Funeral service will be held at the church on Wednesday, December 16, 2009 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Russell Helton officiating. Cremation to follow, with a private burial at Union Ridge Cemetery near New Haven that will be at a later date. Vickery Funeral Chapel of Ridgway will be in charge of arrangements.
