John Everette Lynch

John Everette Lynch, 51, of Ridgway, Ill., passed away on Sunday, August 15, 2010, 9:15 a.m. at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Ind. He was born January 22, 1959 in Eldorado to Grant Everette and Dora Elizabeth (Barlow) Lynch. John was disabled and graduated form SIC College. Going fishing was John's favorite pastime. He is survived by three sisters, Beulah and Reggie McCaughan of Equality, Lynn Etta Lynch of Golden, Miss., Reda and Arvin Swindle also of Golden, Miss.; two brothers, Glen and Brenda Lynch, Roy and Marlene Lynch, all of Ridgway; one sister in law, Diana Lynch of Golden, Miss.; and several nieces and nephews. John was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Henry David Lynch. Visitation for John will held on Wednesday, August 18, 2010 from 11 a.m. until service time at the Vickery Funeral Chapel in Ridgway. Funeral service will begin at 1 p.m. with Rev. Lyndal Sork officiating. Burial will be at Hogan Cemetery near Shawneetown. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Hogan Cemetery Fund.
