Kenneth Ray “Fuzz” Johnson, 71, of Junction, Illinois, passed away after a brief illness at the Linda E. White Hospice House in Evansville, Indiana. He was born on October 24, 1953 in Eldorado, the son of the late Fredick Gene and Addie May (Durbin) Johnson. Fuzz was a horse trainer and a retired coal miner. He was a member of the St. Kateri Catholic Church in Ridgway. Fuzz leaves behind one daughter, Whitney and Jason Hamed of O’Fallon, Missouri; one son, Max and Ginger Galt of Marion; three brothers, Gary Lee Johnson, Richard Gene Johnson, and Scott Garrett; five grandchildren, Reese, Taylor, Boston, and Gianna Hamed, and Chase Galt. Visitation for Fuzz will be held on Friday, December 6th, from 11 a.m. until memorial service time at 2 p.m. at the Vickery Funeral Chapel in Shawneetown. Father Vincent Mukasa and Jason Hamed will officiate the service. Burial will held at Union Ridge Cemetery near New Haven at a later date.
