Richard Kyle Crayne, 22, of Equality passed away on Saturday, April 30, 2011, 3:14 p.m., at his residence. He was born on February 27, 1989 in Marion, Ill. to Richard C. and Sheila M. (Harrelson) Crayne. Kyle was a coal miner at the Willow Creek Mine. He married Whitney Mayberry on October 2, 2008. Kyle is survived by his wife Whitney Crayne and three children, Kamryn Mayberry, Holdyn Crayne, and Teagyn Crayne all of Equality; his parents, Richard "R.C." and Sheila Crane also of Equality; one brother, Tyler Crayne of Equality; his grandmother, Charlotte Harrelson of Equality; father-in-law, Chester Baker of Shawneetown; three brother-in-laws, Jeremiah, Hunter, and Layton Baker, all of Shawneetown. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Hubert Harrelson and grandparents, Arthur and Martha Crayne. Visitation for Kyle will be held on Tuesday, May 3, 2011 from 10 a.m. until service time at 1 p.m. at the Vickery Funeral Chapel in Equality. Burial will be at the Cottage Grove Cemetery near Equality. Internet condolences may be made at the website, www.vickeryfuneralchapel.com.
