Tammy was a very beautiful, caring, kind soul, who was always willing to give a helping hand to anyone in need. She had a caring heart. She loved people, and was quick to show her love to her fellow man. Tammy never met a stranger, being willing to show friendship and share a conversation with anyone she met. Poore Jr. (TJ), her daughter, Katie Dawn Poore, and her precious, twin grandsons, whom she adored, Elliot and Jameson Williams all from Southern Illinois. Tammy was part of a large family. The week before Tammy passed, her precious fur baby, Molly, crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Tammy will be missed for her kindness, compassion, big heart, friendliness, and glowing radiance that was present anywhere she went. There is no doubt that her Savior and her loved ones that passed before welcomed her into her Heavenly Home. A memorial service for Tammy will be planned at a later date.
