Virginia L. (Westbrook) Aud

Virginia L. Aud, 92, of Equality, Illinois, passed away at her home on Wednesday, September 8, 2021.  She was born in Eldorado on February 4, 1929, the daughter of the late C. Marshall and Emma A. (Wettaw) Westbrook.  Virginia was a long time resident of the Equality Community as a grade school teacher for thirty-seven years and United Methodist Church member.  She also belonged to the Equality Tuesday Club.  Virginia married Joseph T. Aud on December 23, 1950.   J.T. preceded Virginia in death on April 20th  of 1975.  She is survived by her two sons, Scott and Debbie Aud of Harrisburg, David and Treva Aud of Equality; three grandchildren, Brooke Aud of Edwardsville, Bryant Aud of Equality, Justin and Susie Aud of Galatia; and one great grandchild, Finley Aud.  Virginia was preceded in death her parents; her husband; and her grandson, Stuart J. Aud.  There will be a graveside service for Virginia at the Elmwood Cemetery near Equality on Friday, September 10th at 2 p.m.  The Reverend Thad Galloway will be officiating.  Vickery Funeral Chapel in Equality in charge of arrangements.
